COMMUNICATION WITH SELECTED PARTICIPANTS:

Communication with selected candidates will be via telephone, SMS and email between June 23rd and July 3rd. The participants on the waiting list will be called in order until the total limit of 40 places has been reached.

CRITERIA FOR CANDIDATE SELECTION:

Candidate profiles must meet the following minimum requirements:

Age: between 18 and 28 years old
Residence: Villaviciosa, Avilés, Gijón or towns in the ‘centre’ of Asturias.
Project: either an entrepreneurial business idea or a social development project for a particular cause, or young intrapreneurs with no project but who have values
Training: no restrictions, vocational training, university, secondary education, private qualifications, etc
Values: entrepreneurial nature, thirst for knowledge, open to learning and change, initiative, creativity, service vocation, dynamic.
